UK entertainment website Digital Spy recently chronicled it's top 20 TV series of 2007. Astonishingly, Prison Break (and one of my personal favourite series, Veronica Mars) ranked lower than the likes of The O.C., Supernatural, Dexter, Doctor Who and Heroes!? Here is the list in it's entirety:
#20 Jericho
#19 Secret Diary Of A Call Girl
#18 Smallville
#17 Jekyll
#16 Bones
#15 Veronica Mars
#14 Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip
#13 House
#12 Prison Break
#11 Everwood
#10 Life On Mars
#9 The O.C.
#8 Torchwood
#7 Supernatural
#6 Lost
#5 Grey's Anatomy
#4 Skins
#3 Dexter
#2 Doctor Who
#1 Heroes

Below is their short review of season 3:
Source: Digital Spy2007 was a year of extremes for a series renowned for its creativity and innovation. The first half brought the end of season two, which satisfyingly wrapped up the long-term storyline with well-deserved exhoneration for the brothers. But the second half brought season three and its highly-contrived, repetitive and uninspiring premise. In the more recent episodes there was the glimmer of improvement, but is it now too late for this fading cult favourite?
